Our fantastic vacation villa has been attractively furnished with a lot of love for details.   

The fully air-conditioned and extensively equipped 160 square meter living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers an unforgettable vacation for up to 6 people from the beginning. Prepare your meals in our very well stocked kitchen and relax in the newly furnished living & dining room.   
Our Villa Bellevue includes in particular the spacious southwest-facing pool terrace with a fantastic water view, which you can also enjoy from the large swimming pool, heated by solar system and electrically. Relax on our large pool deck, view gorgeous sunsets and enjoy your barbecue which you prepared on the newly purchased 4 burner gas grill. 
The Villa Bellevue is located in an upscale and very safe residential area in the southeast of the city of Cape Coral, right at the intersection of 2 freshwater canals.

On a well-kept property with tropically landscaped garden and spacious pool area, you will stay in a stylish Florida like ambiance and very quiet and friendly surrounding.

NEW: High-speed internet throughout the house and the possibility of streaming (on both TVs in the house).
Of course, our Villa Bellevue is registered as a rental property.
Close to beautiful Beaches: The beautiful beaches of Ft. Myers Beach, Captiva and Sanibel are about 20-30 minutes away. With its snowy and fine-grained sandy beaches gently sloping in sea and lush vegetation, they are some of the finest beaches in America.
Fort Myers Beach: If you like the beach hustle and bustle, you are in Ft. Myers Beach in good hands. There's a younger crowd here, and there are several beachside restaurants and bars with music and lots of action. Water skiing, windsurfing/kitesurfing, wave riding, sailing, jet skiing, parasailing – everything is possible. If you want to enjoy this beach more quietly, just drive a little further along the beach boulevard to find a suitable place there. Ft. Myers Beach is also particularly suitable for families with children, as the entire beach is characterized by shallow water and small current. The flora and fauna are still fine here and it is not uncommon to see dolphins from the beach.

Captiva and Sanibel: The large dream beaches on the beautiful offshore islands of Sanibel or Captiva invite you to spend miles of beach walks on the magnificent white and often deserted natural beaches. In particular, Sanibel is also an Eldorado for mussel collectors. Marked as a Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, the island's majority of the island offers an exciting insight into the native biotope with guided tours of pristine nature and bird breeding stations.
Marina: At the old marina of Cape Coral, there is a beautiful small beach with playground, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, barbecue areas and fishing pier.

Food & Supermarkets: For self-catering, supermarkets are quickly and easily accessible (not more than 5 minutes by car). With an incomparable offer of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and fish, you can make shopping for your daily needs an experience. A wide range of different restaurants can be found at Cape Coral. The varied offers of international restaurants of different price points fulfills all culinary wishes. The proximity to the sea, with a variety of fresh seafood, helps not only steak fans get their money's worth.

Recreation: The opportunities for recreation and sports in the area around Cape Coral and Ft. Myers are almost unlimited. Cape Coral is a paradise for sunbathers, golfers, anglers and water lovers. Shopping: To your liking, you will find everything your heart desires in various big shopping centers (Malls) not far away from Cape Coral.
