Season C: 125,00 Euro per day + Sales and Tourist Tax (11,5 %)

Above prices are valid per day for maximum 2 adults and without Sales and Tourist Tax (11,5%). Kids up to the age of 12 stay free of charge. 4th to 6th person (adults/kids >13 years) will be charged in addition by 15,00 Euro per day/person +Tax. Occupancy of home is limited to the number of guests listed in the booking, maximum 6 person.

 

According to Cape Coral City Ordinance a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.  

 

Deposit of 500,00 EURO  to be payed 2 weeks before arrival date.

Electricity up to $25/week (7days) is included, extra consumption will be charged at 0.20 Dollar/kwh. Additional amounts over allowance are due at departure. The management takes a picture of electricity, at arrival and departure (you will read the electricity meter with Management) for calculation of electricity costs. All details will be remarked on the check-in and check-out form.

 

End cleaning fee: 220 Euro + Sales and Tourist Tax (11,5 %) each booking to be payed 2 weeks before arrival date. 

Cleaning the gas grill is not included in the normal service fee. We ask our guests to carry it out themselves. Should a cleaning service be necessary, the guest will be charged extra, depending on the effort, from 45,- US-Dollar. Propane for the Barbecue Grill is not provided by Management or Homeowner

On request, a pool fence can be installed when arriving with children <12years. This service costs a one-time fee of 25 USD and is paid to the administration in cash on site. This service must be registered with us before arrival. Please pay attention to that setting up the pool fence is mandatory by travelling with kids under 12 years! 

There is 1 baby travel bed ( without laundry) and 1 highchair available in the house free of charge.

The next day after arrival, a staff member from the administration will visit the house between 8:00 am and 10:00 am for personal check-in and will make an explanatory tour of the house with the guest. A check-in form must then be signed by the guest.
A personal check-out is also done .

The manager has the right to access the house for necessary repairs or maintenance.
In case of emergency, the manager or owner must be ensured access to the house in order to protect life or prevent damage to the property.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years. - No group trips of students or students.

 

Due to city noise ordinances, outdoor spas cannot be used after 10:00 pm or before 7:00 am.

 

No smoking is allowed inside of the home whatsoever. Failure to adhere by this rule will result in the assessment of a $500 cleaning fee. No assistance animal allowed due to homeowner's allergies. If not followed $500 cleaning fee will be charged on top.
